Today I had some unplanned time pop up in my day. I know. INCOMPREHENSIBLE 🐇🎩✨⠀ ⠀ Which meant instead of snacking on a bar on the way to pick the girls up from school, I got to make a bridge meal between lunch and dinner. And it was a DELIGHTFUL experience.⠀ ⠀ So the macros aren’t identical but the calories shook out to be really similar, with a little less fat for later (never a problem). I get to choose what I consume based on how I’m feeling, what I am doing, where I am going, etc., and still fuel my lifestyle. ⠀ ⠀ This is the very definition of flexibility to me.⠀ ⠀ It really is eye opening when you see how you can change your entire food selection, but still have nearly an identical macronutrient profile.
